Pearl Construction & Maintenance Ltd combines over 30 years of experience in the building and engineering fields from its directors Andrew Duce and Steve Wright.

Andrews background has always been in the building and construction trade since leaving school where he went on to form the successful local firm of: AD Building & Roofing.

Steve comes from an engineering background which included quality control and in 2002 formed his plumbing company: Wright Choice.

In February of 2007 they met through work. On realising their past experience, along with their combined skills and knowledge of the profession, they decided to join forces and Pearl Construction & Maintenance Ltd was born!

Since then Pearl has gone from strength to strength, with well over 75% of it's business coming from referrals from existing customers who are happy to recommend them to friends and family. See the testimonials page for just some of them!

Pearl are members of many business organisations including the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire chambers of commerce and are accredited Derbyshire Trusted Traders.
